Danata Geo Travel is a registered travel service provider based in Kerala, India, offering curated travel experiences, tour packages, and related services. 

2.1 Online Booking

• All online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. 
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. 
• Confirmation vouchers and invoices will be sent to the provided email address.
   

2.2 Offline Booking

• For in-person or phone/email bookings, clients must provide accurate traveler details.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a signed itinerary agreement (if applicable).
   

2.3 Payment Methods

• Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways.
• All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the tour package or hotel/resort policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding service fees and cancellation penalties.

Any changes requested after booking (dates, itinerary, number of persons, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a trip due to force majeure, low participation, government restrictions, or safety concerns. 
• In such cases, customers will be offered alternatives or a full refund without penalties.

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, travel permits, and other necessary documents. 
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for medical emergencies, delays, or loss of belongings.

7.1 Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Danata Geo Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
   

7.2 User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the website or its features for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt website operations will be prosecuted.
   

7.3 Third-party Links

• Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

Danata Geo Travel is not liable for:

• Delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). 
• Injuries or illnesses sustained during the trip.
• Acts of God, weather conditions, or political disturbances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Kerala.
